Our Recycle Program

We recycle papers, plastic and glass bottles, aluminum cans and glass jars, by sorting and selling the empty containers to local recycle vendor. The money received from selling recyclable containers go to our employee’s fund and get distributed to all staff every 3 months. This helps our staff to receive monetary benefit from recycling, and to encourage recycling habit among our employees.

Lunch box containers and plastic bags

We only use decomposable lunch box container made from corn or paper. Plastic bags are bio-degradable plastic.

Water Bottles

We are phasing out water bottle with plastic wrapper on the cap. These plastic wrappers become permanent garbage on land and in the ocean, and is very harmful to marine animals.

Power Usage and Water Use Reduction

We are in process replacing our aging fluorescent bulbs with LED light bulbs in our common area and all villas. Our toilet fixtures are low water consumption fixture.

Use of Natural Pesticide and insect repellents

Our pest control technician uses natural pesticide products that is not harmful to human. The spray pesticide is derived from orange peels. We also use low human impact repellent products such as pest glue, gel bait and moth balls.
